Our method uses the latest technology and equipment, which is the flexible shaft with specialist unblocking heads that not only clears the blockage but also cleans the associated pipework including any roots that may have ingressed, additionally it doesn't use any water and is quiet in comparison and can be used both internally and externally without any risk of flooding or damage to your pipework including garden areas etc. Furthermore, we also have a wide range of other specialised drainage equipment to clear any blockages we encounter. 

We can clear both internal and external blockages, including toilets, sinks, baths, showers, saniflow and also gutters, acodrain, gulleys and blocked manholes on the customer's property. Before and after photos can be requested and are available on the order; additionally, our multiple address feature is also great for landlords. It's our aim to attend the customer's property as soon as possible after receiving a request to resolve the issue.  

This service is also suitable for blocked gutters, downpipes and associated gulleys as we can vacuum the gutters, clean the downpipe and then the gulley, and this is a comprehensive service that we provide. Please note that the price quoted is for the clearing of soft blockages e.g. toilet paper to your drainage system. If the blockage has been caused by roots, there may be an additional charge but we will discuss this with you
