Whether you're selling or letting your property, and you need repairs, maintenance or cleaning carried out, our comprehensive services are available for residential and commercial properties. We have several services that are tailored to different aspects of your property, please see below.

Cleaning:

The cleaning package is suitable for both internal and external cleaning and includes carpets, appliances, windows, hard surface areas, and much more.

Decorating:

We are able to provide both internal and external decorating for walls, ceilings, doors and woodwork as per your requirements.

Repairs & Maintenance:

For all internal and external repairs, including your regular maintenance requirements, we have the expertise to carry them out for you.

Appliance Cleaning:

Appliances can be cleaned and sanitised both internally and externally, this includes fridges, freezers, cookers, extraction hoods, hobs, microwaves, dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers and much more. 

Rubbish Removal & Clearance:

Over time, daily living can accumulate unwanted items, and if you're selling or expecting new tenants, then our clearance service will solve your problem. We find it more efficient to have a skip on-site when this service is provided, whilst negating the need to hold a waste disposal operator's license.

Garden Tidy:

Quite often, when a property is up for sale or awaiting new tenants, it may be empty for a while. In respect of this, we offer a basic garden tidy service which helps to keep the grass down, bushes trimmed and the areas litter free, encouraging a potential sale or let for you. 

These services require a quotation due to different property sizes, needs and locations etc, we can either visit the property in question or, ideally, you can send us photos of the areas that need attention. In order to do this, please order the service required, view the order on your account, and then create a ticket. There is no commitment at this time for the order to be completed. Once we have seen photos and/or visited your property, we will provide a price for you to accept or decline. Additionally, if you are a landlord, etc, with a portfolio of properties, multiple addresses can be added, which makes ordering services from us much easier. We also offer a before-and-after photo service, and it is stored with your details if requested.
