Over time, the render on your property exposed to the elements and environmental factors can become dirty and also stained due to organic build-up e.g. algae,e which makes the property look unsightly. Many people wrongly believe that the only solution is to completely repaint the exterior of the property; however this is not the case and there is both a simple and cost-effective solution.

The solution is to use a process called softwashing, which originated in the U.S. The cleaning process involves the application of a softwash chemical solution to render the surface, using high-reach poles coupled with soft brushes that deliver the softwash solution directly to the render surface. Within minutes of application, the results can be seen. To maintain the appearance after cleaning, an additional solution can be applied to the render, which will further aid in cleaning and in the majority of cases, offer additional render protection. 

There are several different types of render on properties, and we can clean the majority of these. Additionally, we are happy to visit the property and carry out a pre-clean test and survey on the render before starting any work.
